    The President is very happy to announce the appointment of Dr. Anthony P. Kennedy to the Executive Branch as our Minister of Foreign Affairs.  

    Dr. Kennedy has extensive an background in political international circles and has graduated from Westminster University (UK) and Cambridge University Law School (UK).
