Ambassador to the Netherlands, Kt. Gerrit M.R. Wijbers cif
to discuss the RNL Economic Development Program designed
to assist various nations to improve their economies by raising
the standard of living of all their citizens especially those
who may
be impoverished by allowing even those persons to assist in bringing
